This film is based on real life incidents and is all about money. Nachhatar Gill dons the avatar of a `Jugaadi Baba` named Birbal Baba who sets up a darbar called `Birbal Darbar` for his followers where he solves the problems of his followers by fooling them. Sarb Chawla is playing a jugaadi director while Feroz Khan is a jugaadi hacker. They all find a short-cut to become a billionaire.
